A
b o u t C R E S P I R I S O
CRESPIRISO is a RICE Farm and now also Rice Factory handed down from
father to son since 1821.
CRESPIRISO is located in a zone, the
area of Novara, where rice has a
deep tradition and is considered the heart of Italian rice.
From
six generations produce our rice, grown in low
environmental impact and followed daily during growth.
The rice processing is done with traditional techniques with a
stone bleaching and
finishing at room temperature to ensure a white rice always fresh and
fragrant.

The
rice is stored in particular silos in completely naturally way,
without any chemical treatment, under a constant temperature control at
12 ° C and humidity.

rice is done according
