The rice flour
comes from the traditional stone rice milling process. It can be used
in different culinary specialties:
- Rice
pasta and corn and
rice pasta
- Biscuits
- Various
cakes
- Brad
and pizza
- Soup
of rice flour
- To
prepare fish before fry

Corn flour comes from the
stone grinding of corn, the two different flours we
propose you, are three different sets of corn with red glass structure.
The
first defined BRAMATA
presents a greater size and therefore, it is more
suitable for the preparation of p o l e n t a (traditional
dish of north Italy). The second type of flour,
defined FIORETTO,
on the other hand, has a particle size below first,
this makes it more suitable for the preparation of cakes and pies in
general, bread, biscuits and many other dishes. This, does not preclude
its use in preparing the polenta: fioretto can be mixed with
bramata to soften its great hardiness. It should be noted that both
types of corn flour are not precooked, and require a firing at least 45
minutes in water.

- GOOD ADVICE ABOUT CONSERVATION
All
our products must be
stored in fresh and dry places at temperatures not exceeding the 18
°C temperature and 65% humidity, away from heat sources,
this, for
the proper maintenance of all the organoleptic characteristics of
products that are no preservatives in. Especially for rice, in the
absence of
these conditions, you can store the product, which was purchased in
packs of traditional cotton, in the refrigerator, in a glass jar. The
vacuum packaging can be kept even at room temperature.
Our
rice is devoid of preservative agents, we suggest that you keep
