The different types of "risotto CRESPIRISO" represent the Italian culinary tradition condensed in a very good preparation for the preparation of italian risotto that will have an intense flavor of natural products ...

Our risotti ready to cook are easy and quick to cook, we put all easy directions on the back of the pack, for a better preparation is important having a good vegetable or meat broth better if mixed (beef and chicken) prepared separately.
The risotti are all packed in a protective atmosphere and do not contain preservative agents and glutamate.

In order to satisfy the needs of all we have two lines of rice:

The 500g/1.1lb packages, are sufficient for 5 / 6 people.

The most valuable Carnaroli rice, the best porcini mushrooms selectyed and dried create this risotto just ready to cook with a particular flavour.

INGREDIENTS
Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), vegetable condiment without glutamate, onion, carrot, celery, parsley.

PREPARATION TIME
20-22 minutes 

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare apart the beef or vegetable brothalready salty. In a saucepan heat a little extra virgin olive oil, butter and a slice of spek, pour the risotto in the saucepan, toast the rice for a minute, stirring continuously, add white wine to taste and stir again. Continue cooking adding gradually the broth (vegetable or meat). Salt a little bit. At the end (18-20 minutes), add Parmesan cheese and a pat of butter.

INGREDIENTS  
Carnaroli rice, beans pre brown, sausage pig, jr. Antioxidant e304, condiment plant without glutamate, tomato, onion, white pepper, celery.

INSTRUCTIONS
For the broth in a pot high pay a liter of water (with a little salt) and sachet of beans, and boil a high flame for 15 minutes. If you want you can also prepare a meat stock (or boiled chicken). In a saucepan heat a little extra virgin olive oil, butter and pour the risotto ready by lightly toast the rice soaked with half glass of white wine and let it evaporate, then add the broth with beans that you prepared and the first few dipper meat stock. At the end of cooking (18-20 minutes) it with Parmesan cheese.

20-22 minutes

Prepare apart the beef or vegetable broth already salty. In a saucepan heat a little olive oil or butter and a slice of spek, toast the rice for a minute, stirring continuously, add half glass of red wine and let it evaporate to enhance the pleasant and typical flavor  of radicchio. Continue cooking adding the broth little by little, until the end of cooking (18-20 minutes) add Parmesan cheese and a pat of butter.
