White Q U I N O A
White Quinoa, is a herbaceous plant of the family Chenopodiaceae. It is grown in the highlands of the Andes, in South America.
White Quinoa is used as a cereal, it just boil in hot water for about 10 minutes, and here we are, it's ready.
Its
small seeds are dark White, as the rice is naturally gluten-free,
suitable for special diets. White Quinoa is rich in vegetable protein,
it contains the essential amino acids. The mineral content is
remarkable: magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorus are the present,
Quinoa contains a lot of fiber, vitamin E, vitamin B and C with
antioxidant power. Quinoa is available in several sizes: 250g, 500g.

The Black r
i c e f l o u r is natural product obtained by traditional stone grinding of black rice broken rice
resulting from milling process. It is a light and delicate grinding, at
first instance, that originates a very aromatic wholemeal mono-zero (0) flour.
The black rice flour can be used in various culinary specialties:

pizza mixture

- In fruit tarts

The red Ermes rice f l o u r is a natural product obtained by traditional stone grinding of red Ermes rice that was broken,
resulting from milling process. It is a light and delicate grinding, at

Corn flour comes from the
stone grinding of corn, the two different flours we
propose you, are three different sets of corn with red glass structure.
The
first defined BRAMATA presents
a greater size and therefore, it is more
suitable for the preparation of p o l e n t a (traditional
dish of north Italy). The second type of flour,
defined FIORETTO,
on the other hand, has a particle size below first,
this makes it more suitable for the preparation of cakes and pies in
general, bread, biscuits and many other dishes. This, does not preclude
its use in preparing the polenta: fioretto can be mixed with
bramata to soften its great hardiness. FUMETTO
corn flour is the finest and most delicate type; suitable for
preparation of sweets, bread and biscuits.
It should be noted that all our corn flours
are not precooked, and require a firing at least 45
minutes in water.

All
our products must be
stored in fresh and dry places at temperatures not exceeding the 18
°C temperature and 65% humidity, away from heat sources,
this, for
the proper maintenance of all the organoleptic characteristics of
products that are no preservatives in. Especially for rice, in the
absence of
these conditions, you can store the product, which was purchased in
packs of traditional cotton, in the refrigerator, in a glass jar. The
vacuum packaging can be kept even at room temperature.
Our
rice is devoid of preservative agents, we suggest that you keep
them in a cool, dry place before and after the opening of the pack.
